Compliance with the Owner Corporation legislation is difficult, and time consuming. A management company will ensure regulatory compliance by managing your financials, organising meetings, handling insurance, as well as providing emergency services for common area faults.

 

The focus of our Management Service is to ensure that the affairs of your Owners Corporation are handled promptly, with full transparency, and to the satisfaction of all members. Our involvement should protect the value of your asset, and the quality of life for the residents of your property.

 

Besides satisfying all your property maintenance requirements, we can also act on your behalf in regards to the improvement of common areas.

Our six core services for developers are:

  • Create budgets for contracts that focus on cost minimisation for marketability.

  • Write bylaws and rules for all common areas so as to minimise purchaser concerns during the selling process.

  • Establish a relationship with the Builder prior to settlement in order to insulate the Developer from common area issues and defects when owners or tenants take occupation.

  • Complete property maintenance of common areas during the post settlement and occupation, periods including onsite representation.

  • We offer a key/ welcome pack handover service to ensure that the purchases are welcomed into their new homes.

  • We organise an initial meeting with all the new owners to establish a chairperson and committee and get an operational owners corporation.
